Proposed changes to Rule Rule 391-1-1.01, pertaining to Organization, and repeal Rule 391-1-1-.02, pertaining to Description and Duties of the Commissioner's Office and Divisions, are under consideration.  One (1) public hearing is scheduled to allow the public an opportunity to comment on these proposed Rules as follows:
